The Smile Independence offers a number of ways to pay for your dental services. We accept many dental insurance plans, including those that are provided to the large employers in the Louisville area such as Ford, UPS and Humana. If you would like to be certain before you make an appointment, please call our office to speak with an insurance specialist who can answer questions about your specific insurance plan and it’s coverage. We can help you maximize the benefits of your insurance, and help you simplify payment and insurance obstacles.
The Smile Independence accepts cash and most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.
