Kim has worked for the practice for 13 years, first for Gentle Dental Care and then on to The Smile Independence.
She is responsible for ordering medical supplies, marketing, treatment planning and assisting the doctor with all tasks. Her most important job is to treat patients like royalty. She loves the ability to change lives and enjoys the reward of a patient waking up from sedation to see their new smile. Changing a smile can change a life.
Kim truly cares for her patients, as does everyone else in the office, and really enjoys being a part of a team that makes a difference. In her spare time she enjoys her faith, family and friends!

Expanded Duties Dental Assistant
Sammi was born in Harlan County and raised in Harrison County.
She attended Maysville Community Collage for 2 years, in 2013 graduated the Institute of Dental Technology with her certificate as an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant. She loves what she does, the most rewarding thing is to see her patient cry tears of joy because of something she have helped achieve.
She has been with her husband for 10 years and they have two amazing little boys. In her spare time she loves spending time with her family, love the outdoors and she loves to shop!
